At Exotic Valet, we are committed to providing professional and responsible valet services. Our drivers take reasonable care when handling and operating customers’ vehicles and will carry out each service with due consideration for the safety of our customers, their vehicles and other road users.

By engaging our valet services, customers acknowledge that driving and vehicle-related services involve inherent risks, including risks arising from traffic conditions, road conditions, weather, actions of other road users and unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is roadworthy, properly maintained, legally permitted to be driven and adequately insured.

Customers should also inform Exotic Valet of any known mechanical, safety or other conditions that may affect the safe operation of the vehicle.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle and report any existing damage or defects before the commencement of the service. Where appropriate, Exotic Valet may record the vehicle’s condition through photographs, videos or other documentation.

In the event of an accident, damage or other incident, Exotic Valet will take reasonable steps to address the situation and cooperate with the relevant parties, authorities and insurers where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Exotic Valet’s liability shall be subject to the terms and limitations set out in our Valet Service Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
