Version: EV-TC-2026-01

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all valet driving and related services provided by Exotic Valet (“Exotic Valet”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to its customers (“Customer”, “you” or “your”).

By confirming a booking, handing over a vehicle to us, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE

A booking is subject to confirmation by Exotic Valet.

The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for us to perform the service, including:

By confirming a booking, the Customer agrees to the version of these Terms made available in connection with that booking.

2VEHICLE CONDITION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy, properly maintained and legally permitted to be driven on public roads.

Before handing the vehicle to Exotic Valet, the Customer must disclose any known condition that may affect the safe or proper operation of the vehicle, including:

Exotic Valet shall not be responsible for loss or damage arising solely from a pre-existing defect, mechanical failure or condition of the vehicle which was not caused or contributed to by the negligence or breach of duty of Exotic Valet or its driver.

3VEHICLE HANDOVER & CONDITION RECORD

Where reasonably practicable, Exotic Valet may photograph, video-record or otherwise document the condition of the vehicle before commencing and/or after completing the service.

Such records may include the vehicle’s:

The Customer should disclose any known scratches, dents, cracks, wheel damage, interior damage or other defects before the service begins.

Photographs, videos, booking records, timestamps, electronic communications and other relevant records may be retained for the purpose of documenting the condition of the vehicle, investigating incidents and resolving disputes or claims.

The existence or absence of a photograph or inspection record does not, by itself, determine liability.

4PERSONAL BELONGINGS & VEHICLE KEYS

Customers should remove cash, valuables, fragile items and important personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.

Exotic Valet shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle unless such loss or damage is caused by our negligence, breach of duty or another liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Customer must provide a functioning vehicle key, key card or other access device necessary for the service.

Exotic Valet shall not be responsible for pre-existing faults involving keys, key fobs, immobilisers, alarms or other vehicle security systems unless the fault or damage was caused by our negligence.

5DRIVER CONDUCT & SAFETY

Exotic Valet drivers are required to operate vehicles responsibly, lawfully and with reasonable care.

Our drivers will not knowingly comply with any request to:

Exotic Valet reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate a service where the driver reasonably considers that the vehicle, Customer’s instructions or surrounding circumstances create an unreasonable safety or legal risk.

6ACCIDENTS, DAMAGE & INCIDENTS

Driving inherently involves risks arising from traffic conditions, road conditions, weather, actions of other road users, mechanical failures and other circumstances that may be outside the reasonable control of Exotic Valet.

If an accident, collision, vehicle damage or other significant incident occurs while the vehicle is under our care, Exotic Valet will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances, including where applicable:

Responsibility for any accident, loss or damage will be assessed according to the circumstances of the incident, available evidence, applicable law and relevant insurance arrangements.

The occurrence of damage while a vehicle is being serviced by Exotic Valet does not, by itself, determine responsibility for that damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Singapore law.

7INSURANCE

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle has appropriate and valid insurance coverage applicable to its use and circumstances.

The Customer should inform Exotic Valet before commencement of the service of any insurance restriction or condition that may materially affect the service.

Following an accident or incident, Exotic Valet may reasonably request insurance details and other information necessary to investigate or facilitate a claim.

Where an insurer becomes involved, Exotic Valet will reasonably cooperate with the Customer, insurer and relevant authorities, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the incident.

8CLAIMS & DISPUTED DAMAGE

Any allegation of loss or damage relating to a service should be reported to Exotic Valet as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery.

The Customer should provide reasonable supporting evidence where available, which may include:

Exotic Valet shall be entitled to investigate the circumstances of the claim before accepting or denying responsibility.

Where reasonably required, the Customer should provide Exotic Valet with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged damage before permanent repairs are carried out, except where immediate repair is reasonably necessary for safety, legal or practical reasons.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from exercising any legal right or remedy available under Singapore law.

9CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

To the extent permitted by law, Exotic Valet shall not be responsible for loss, delay, damage or additional expense caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

This clause does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss or damage was caused or contributed to by the negligence, breach of duty or unlawful conduct of Exotic Valet or its personnel.

The following charges and policies apply:

Additional Stop: A charge of S$10 per additional drop-off location will apply.

Any applicable charges should be communicated or made available to the Customer before confirmation of the booking.

11FEES & PAYMENT

The applicable service fee will be communicated before or at the time the booking is confirmed.

Additional charges may apply where the Customer requests or agrees to:

Where reasonably practicable, the Customer will be informed of additional charges before they are incurred.

12LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Exotic Valet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any exclusion or limitation of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law and subject to any applicable requirement of reasonableness.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13RECORDS & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore law and Exotic Valet’s Privacy Policy.

15AMENDMENTS

Exotic Valet may amend these Terms from time to time.

Any amendment will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.

The version applicable to a particular service will generally be the version made available to the Customer at the time the relevant booking was confirmed.

16SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as modified or severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with Exotic Valet’s services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any applicable rights or procedures available under Singapore law.
